The Role
The 5-Star Lifeguard is the guardian of the guest’s safety and serenity. In a luxury environment, your role extends beyond surveillance; you are a vital member of the recreation team, ensuring a safe, pristine, and high-end aquatic atmosphere. We are seeking highly trained, physically fit individuals who can balance constant emergency readiness with the polished hospitality and professional courtesy expected by a global elite clientele.
 

Core Responsibilities
Aquatic Surveillance:
Maintain constant, proactive observation of swimming pools, beaches, and water features to prevent accidents and ensure immediate response.
 

Emergency Response:
Execute water rescues, First Aid, and CPR with precision and calmness in accordance with international safety protocols.
 

Environmental Safety:
Monitor water conditions, weather warnings, and beach safety flags, communicating potential risks to guests clearly and professionally.
 

Poolside Ambassadorship:
Assist with the management of the pool deck and beach areas, ensuring guest comfort and maintaining a pristine, "white-glove" environment.
 

Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all guests adhere to safety rules and regulations while maintaining a polite, non-intrusive service approach.
 

Professional Profile
Certification:
Valid International Lifeguard Certification (e.g., ILS, RLSS, Red Cross) including current First Aid and CPR/AED endorsements.
 

Physical Vitality:
Exceptional swimming ability and the physical stamina to perform rescues and manual tasks in high-temperature environments.
 

Observation Skills:
A sharp eye for detail and the ability to remain focused and vigilant for extended periods.
 

Communication:
Clear and effective English communication; the ability to issue instructions firmly yet respectfully to a global clientele.
