The Vision
We are seeking meticulous Housekeeping Supervisors to uphold the gold standard of luxury across our expanding portfolio in Saudi Arabia. As a key leader within our operations team, you will be responsible for transforming standard service into an exceptional guest experience, ensuring that every square inch of our prestigious properties reflects perfection.
 

Key Areas of Influence

Operational Excellence:
Lead and coordinate daily housekeeping workflows, ensuring seamless transitions between guest arrivals and departures.
 

Quality Guardianship:
Execute rigorous multi-point inspections of suites, villas, and public spaces to maintain 5-star aesthetic and hygiene standards.
 

Human Capital Development:
Mentor, coach, and elevate the performance of room attendants and support staff through hands-on training.
 

Resource Management:
Oversee inventory levels, chemical safety protocols, and linen management to ensure operational efficiency.
 

Technical Coordination:
Work in tandem with Engineering and Front Office teams to ensure property maintenance is proactive, not reactive.
 

Professional Profile

Experience:
A minimum of 3–5 years in luxury housekeeping, featuring at least 1–2 years in a dedicated leadership or supervisory capacity.
 

Pedigree:
Previous experience within renowned international 5-star hotel brands or high-net-worth private residences.
 

Communication:
Fluent in English; the ability to communicate in Arabic is a valued asset, However not required.

Systems:
Proficiency in industry-standard management software (e.g., Opera, HotSOS, or similar).
