The Role
The Hotel Manager is the strategic heartbeat and operational commander of the property. You are responsible for translating the brand’s vision into a high-performing reality across all departments. This role requires a sophisticated leader who can navigate complex P&L statements and owner expectations while maintaining a visible, "walking-the-floor" presence that inspires excellence. We are seeking an executive who embodies the highest standards of luxury diplomacy and operational brilliance.
Core Responsibilities
Strategic Operational Leadership:
Direct the day-to-day operations of all hotel departments (Rooms, F&B, Engineering, and Wellness), ensuring seamless inter-departmental synergy and 5-star service delivery.
Financial Stewardship & Profitability:
Drive the property’s financial success by optimizing RevPAR, GOP, and EBITDA, while maintaining rigorous control over capital expenditure (CAPEX) and operational expenses.
Owner & Stakeholder Relations:
Act as the primary liaison for property owners and corporate stakeholders, providing transparent reporting and strategic recommendations for asset enhancement.
Guest Experience Sovereignty:
Oversee the "Total Guest Journey," personally engaging with VVIPs and Royal guests to ensure their expectations are not only met but redefined.
Human Capital Strategy:
Foster a high-performance culture by mentoring senior leadership, driving staff engagement, and ensuring the property remains a "top-of-mind" employer in the luxury sector.
Professional Profile
Experience:
12+ years in luxury hospitality, with at least 3–5 years in a Hotel Manager, Resident Manager, or General Manager capacity within a recognized 5-star global brand.
Global Perspective:
A proven track record of managing culturally diverse teams and high-net-worth international clientele across multiple continents.
Commercial Mastery:
Deep expertise in revenue management, digital distribution, and the luxury marketing landscape.
Communication & Diplomacy:
Executive-level command of English; the ability to negotiate, influence, and represent the brand at the highest levels of government and industry.
Academic Pedigree:
A degree in Hospitality Management or an MBA is highly preferred, complemented by a portfolio of successful property openings or turnarounds.
