The Role:
The Executive Chef is the visionary architect of the property’s culinary identity. You are responsible for leading a world-class brigade to deliver gastronomic excellence across all outlets. This role requires a master of both the creative and the administrative—someone who can design trend-setting menus while maintaining rigorous control over food costs, hygiene, and kitchen efficiency. We are seeking a culinary leader with a global palate and a proven track record in 5-star environments.
 

Core Responsibilities:
Culinary Vision & Innovation: Design and execute bespoke menus that reflect 5-star standards, incorporating local seasonal ingredients and global culinary trends to create a "destination" dining experience.
 

Brigade Leadership:
Direct, mentor, and inspire a large multi-national kitchen team, fostering a culture of precision, discipline, and continuous professional development.
 

Operational & Financial Oversight:
Manage the culinary department’s budget, ensuring optimal food cost percentages, inventory control, and strategic procurement without compromising quality.
 

Quality & Consistency Control:
Implement and maintain rigorous standards for plate presentation, flavor profiles, and service speed across all outlets, from fine dining to in-room service.
 

HACCP & Hygiene Excellence:
Ensure absolute compliance with international health, safety, and sanitation regulations, maintaining a "gold standard" for kitchen cleanliness and food safety.
 

Professional Profile
Experience
:
10+ years in professional kitchens, with at least 3–5 years as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a 5-star hotel or Michelin-starred environment.
 

Global Expertise:
Extensive knowledge of diverse international cuisines and high-level technical skills (e.g., molecular gastronomy, pastry arts, or butchery).
 

Leadership Prowess:
A "Command Presence" in the kitchen; the ability to remain calm under the pressure of high-volume, high-stakes service.
 

Communication:
Exceptional English skills; the ability to liaise effectively with VIP guests, owners, and corporate stakeholders.
 

Business Acumen:
Strong understanding of P&L statements, menu engineering, and labor management within a luxury framework.
