The Role
The Events & Activities Concierge is the ultimate orchestrator of the guest’s journey. Far beyond standard bookings, you are a curator of bespoke experiences, possessing the local knowledge and professional network to unlock the "impossible." We are seeking sophisticated individuals with a passion for discovery and the organizational mastery required to manage high-stakes requests for a global clientele.
 

Core Responsibilities
Bespoke Itinerary Curation:

Design personalized daily and weekly itineraries that align with the specific interests, tastes, and profiles of VIP guests.
 

Exclusive Access Management:
Secure high-demand reservations, private tours, and "money-can't-buy" experiences, from desert excursions to private yacht charters.
 

Special Event Coordination:
Oversee the planning and execution of in-house guest celebrations, such as private dinners, birthdays, or high-profile social gatherings.
 

Strategic Partnerships:
Build and maintain a network of elite external vendors, including luxury transport providers, tour guides, and local cultural experts.
 

Information Mastery:
Maintain an expert-level knowledge of local events, cultural heritage sites, and the latest trends in the luxury leisure market.
 

Professional Profile
Experience:

3–5 years in a high-end Concierge, Guest Relations, or Lifestyle Management role within a 5-star hospitality environment.
 

The "Insider" Mindset:
A deep-rooted passion for luxury travel and culture, with a natural ability to seek out and vet premium experiences.
 

Diplomacy & Poise:
The ability to communicate with high-net-worth individuals and royal clientele with absolute confidence and professional decorum.
 

Communication:
Exceptional command of English (written and verbal); proficiency in Arabic or other major international languages is highly advantageous.
 

Operational Precision:
Strong administrative and time-management skills, ensuring that every detail of a guest’s schedule is confirmed and seamless.
