The Role
The Entertainment Coordinator is the creative heartbeat of the property. You are responsible for transforming a guest’s stay into a series of unforgettable moments. From coordinating live musical performances to managing large-scale visual spectacles, your role is to ensure that every event is executed with 5-star precision. We are looking for high-energy, organized professionals who have a flair for the dramatic and a passion for luxury leisure.
Core Responsibilities
Program Curation: Design and oversee a diverse daily schedule of entertainment, ranging from intimate sunset acoustic sessions to high-impact evening shows.
Talent Management:
Act as the primary liaison for internal performers and external contractors (musicians, DJs, dancers, and artists), ensuring they adhere to brand standards and arrival times.
Technical Synchronization:
Coordinate with AV, sound, and lighting teams to ensure the "theatre" of every venue is technically flawless and immersive.
Event Logistics:
Manage the end-to-end setup of leisure activations, including equipment sourcing, stage management, and backstage coordination.
Guest Engagement:
Monitor guest feedback and "read the room" to adjust entertainment flows in real-time, ensuring maximum engagement and satisfaction.
Professional Profile
Experience:
2–4 years in event coordination, entertainment management, or leisure operations within a luxury hospitality or cruise environment.
Creative Vision:
A deep understanding of modern entertainment trends and the ability to curate experiences that resonate with a global, high-net-worth demographic.
Organizational Excellence:
Mastery of complex scheduling and the ability to manage multiple live activations simultaneously under pressure.
Communication:
Exceptional interpersonal skills; the ability to lead diverse creative teams and interact confidently with VIP guests.
Problem-Solving:
A "the show must go on" mindset, with the ability to pivot and provide solutions for last-minute changes or technical challenges.
