The Role
The 5-Star Butler is the pinnacle of personalized service. In this role, you are much more than a service provider; you are a lifestyle curator and a master of "invisible service." You possess the unique ability to anticipate a guest's needs before they are even articulated. We are seeking individuals with impeccable poise, refined etiquette, and a passion for the art of hospitality.
 

Core Responsibilities
Anticipatory Guest Relations:
Act as the primary point of contact for VIP guests, managing their daily itineraries and preferences with absolute precision.
 

The Art of Valet Service:
Master the standards of professional wardrobe management, including bespoke packing/unpacking, shoe polishing, and delicate garment care.
 

Elite Beverage & Dining Service:
Execute flawless in-suite dining experiences, from silver service breakfasts to the preparation and service of premium beverages and refreshments.
 

Sanctuary Management:
Oversee the absolute perfection of the guest’s private environment, coordinating with Housekeeping to ensure the suite is maintained to a "White Glove" standard at all times.
 

Concierge & Lifestyle Coordination:
Facilitate complex requests, from securing exclusive dinner reservations to coordinating private transport and luxury excursions.
 

Professional Profile
Experience:
2–4 years of experience in a Butler role within a 5-star hotel, private palace, or ultra-luxury estate. Formal Butler Academy training is highly regarded.

The "Invisible Presence":
The ability to remain available at all times while maintaining a discreet and unobtrusive presence.
 

Cultural Intelligence:
A high level of sophistication and awareness regarding international etiquette and varied cultural protocols.
 

Communication:
Excellent command of the English language; proficiency in Arabic, Mandarin, or French is a significant advantage.
 

Impeccable Grooming:
A commitment to the highest standards of personal presentation and professional decorum.
